How It Works
Step 1: Enroll online or by phone.
Step 2: Receive your Online Student Center log in details by email.
Step 3: Log into the Online Student Center and enter the free tuition draw.
Step 4: Get more chances to win by:
- Liking our Facebook Page
- Tweeting us (extra points awarded each day)
- Posting a comment on the Pointers for Planners blog
Step 5: There will be a random weekly prize draw every Monday starting August 24th. Winners will be put back into the mix for future weekly draws and the grand prize draw.
Step 6: The grand prize winner will have his/her tuition FULLY REIMBURSED! This includes shipping fees, your deposit, and your course fee(s)!

What if I’ve already enrolled?
The contest launch date is August 17, 2015. However, all students who enrolled between July 24th and August 17th are also eligible to enter the
sweepstakes via the online student center.
Can I enter the sweepstakes if I’m not in North America?
Yes! The free tuition draw AND the weekly gift card draws are open to all QC Event School students.
Am I entered into the sweepstakes automatically when I enroll with QC?
Not quite. Once you’ve enrolled, you’ll need to log into your online student center, and enter the sweepstakes on the student center homepage.
How can I improve my odds of winning?
When you enter the sweepstakes, you have one “entry point”. You can get additional entry points to the sweepstakes when you comment on the Pointers for Planners Blog, like the QC Event School Facebook page, and Tweet about the contest (you can do this once a day!). More information will be provided once you enter the sweepstakes on the online student center.
How does the weekly draw work?
There will be a different prize each week. The “weekly prize” items will be announced on Tuesdays for the following Monday’s draw.
Every Monday, a random winner will be selected from all the sweepstakes entries. The winner’s name will then be put back into the pool of entries, and still be eligible for future weekly draws AND the grand prize of free tuition.
When will the grand prize winner be announced?
The contest ends on September 30th, 2015. The winner will be announced no later than October 5th, 2015.
What happens if I win?
And we hope you do!
We’ll contact you by phone on or before October 5th, 2015. We’ll then proceed to refund all your course fees, including shipping and deposit fees. If you happen to be on a monthly payment plan, we’ll void future payments and your account will be marked as “paid in full”!
