We\u2019re less than one week out from IngenuityFest<\/a><\/em>, and as you can imagine, it\u2019s crazy busy! I spent both Saturday and Sunday of this past weekend working. I was mostly pitching-in and helping to prepare the festival footprint for game time.<\/p>\n

The Marketing Manager has been stuck at the office with our graphic designer. They\u2019re working hard to confirm final signage and put the finishing touches on the printed program books and maps for festival-goers. They need to go to the printer as soon as possible.<\/p>\n

The Artistic Director has been running around the festival site coordinating artist installations. They\u2019ve also been walking the grounds to make sure that all of the vendors<\/a> and exhibits will fit within their assigned spaces. The Artistic Director was also finishing the CAD drawings (computer-aided design) for each festival village. These layout plans ultimately need to go to the City of Cleveland and the Fire Department ahead of the event.<\/p>\n

There is no shortage of things to do, and every hour is precious.<\/p>\n

Beyond this, there are some tasks you can only do the week prior to the festival. Keep reading for a brief list of tasks you\u2019ll need to set aside time for.<\/p>\n
