Similarly, if the venue is not clean, see if they can have it cleaned before the event starts.<\/p>\n<p>If the venue is unwilling or unable to make any changes, your next step is to communicate with your client. Let them know what the situation is and see if they&#8217;re willing to make any changes. If they&#8217;re not willing to make any changes, you may need to refund their money and find a new venue.<\/p>\n<h3>5. Problem: The venue outright cancels.<\/h3>\n<p><strong>What this looks like<\/strong>: This is, unfortunately, a fairly common problem.
