And of course, event planners (like jugglers) have to do this with a smile on their face. This would be impossible without their signature organization skills\u2014you won&#8217;t see them frantically racing around to get everything done at the last minute!<\/p>\n<div class=\"column-wrapper\">\n<div class=\"half-1\">\n<p>Checklists are one of the simplest (and best!) tools to help a busy event planner stay on track. For every event, there will have dozens (maybe even hundreds) of tasks that need to be accomplished. To ensure nothing is overlooked, each task will need accounted for, no matter how insignificant it seems.<\/p>\n<p>Below, we&#8217;ve put together a sample event planning checklist. You&#8217;ll find tasks with execution times and detailed subtasks.
