Winter can be a busy time for event and wedding planners. There are so many holiday parties, New Year’s Eve weddings, and corporate events going on!

We’re giving you a chance to stretch your creative muscles and show us just how you can turn a concept into reality with some amazing event decor!

Using the winter wonderland photo below as a starting point, create an inspiration board for a winter-themed event for your chance to win an awesome prize! You can choose to go with a holiday party, a winter wedding, whatever you’d like!

Hurry! Contest entries close on December 19th!

For this contest, we’ll ask you to use Polyvore to create your inspiration board. If you’ve never used it before, it’s fast and easy! Simply create the perfect inspiration board using elements that reflect what you see in the above photo. Scroll down for a quick tutorial on how to use Polyvore

Once you’re done, email us a link to your polyvore to [email protected] by December 19th.

In your email, you’ll need to include the following:

• Your full name
• Your email address and a daytime phone number
• Your full mailing address
• The link to your polyvore
• A brief description of the theme you used for your inspiration board

Three finalists will be selected and shared on an album on QC’s Facebook Page on the morning of December 20th where fans of the school will vote for the winning look by liking their favorite pictures.

The Prize

The inspiration board with the most “likes” on QC’s Facebook page will receive an Office in a Bag, a kit prepared by the folks at QC to keep you organized in 2015!

This prize is valued at approximately $100!

Can I enter if I’m not a QC Student?

Yes you can! This contest is open to anyone who has a love of event planning and event decor, whether you’re already a member of the QC Community or not!

When will the finalists be announced?

The finalists will be announced on QC Event School’s Facebook Page first thing on the morning of December 20th. You’ll be able to vote by “liking” your favorite image in the contest finalist’s album.

When will the winners be announced?

Voting will continue until 8am Eastern Time on December 23rd. First thing that morning, we’ll tally the votes and announce the winner!

What happens if I win?

And we hope you do!

We’ll contact you via email or by phone to arrange delivery of your prize. We’ll need to speak to you first, as we won’t send out a prize before we can verify your address either by phone or email, so make sure you’re available to chat!
